Louisville, KY: A powerful storm system swept through the Louisville metro area on Sunday evening, prompting tornado warnings and leaving thousands without electricity. The National Weather Service (NWS) had warned of tornadoes, scattered hail, and wind gusts reaching up to 80 miles per hour across parts of Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. A tornado watch remains in effect until 1 a.m. Monday.
